The Pacific Northwest
The Pacific Northwest is a region in the northwest of North America, bound by the Pacific Ocean to the west.
This may include the Canadian province of British Columbia and the U.S. states of Washington State and Oregon. Southeast Alaska, Idaho, western Montana and northernmost California are often included.
The region’s biggest metropolitan areas are Seattle/Tacoma, Washington, which had around 3,300,000 people at the end of the 2000s; Vancouver, British Columbia, with 2.3 million people; and Portland, Oregon, with 2.2 million people.
Parahuman Presence: Concurrant with the national average of 1 Parahuman for every 500,000 inhabitants (reported) though some state that these numbers are innacurate, as to spite the National Parahuman Registration Act, many Parahumans are thought to remain unreported.
